How to Request Data Deletion

• Go to the Settings section in the Nanamatrix app.
• Select Delete My Account and confirm your request.
• Alternatively, email us at support@nanamatrix.com with the subject Data Deletion Request from your registered email.
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Important Notes

• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
• Some transactional data may be retained for legal or financial purposes.
